Ordering and Account Information
Customers can place orders through our WooCommerce store. When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, billing/shipping addresses, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including login credentials. Orders cannot be processed if account or payment information is incomplete or incorrect.
Custom Photo Uploads
Customers may upload JPEG images to create custom magnets. Uploaded photos are used solely for creating your order and will not be shared publicly unless you provide explicit permission. By submitting images, you confirm that you have the right to use and upload the photo, including photos of children. Parents or guardians may upload photos of children; any sharing on social media will only occur with explicit parental permission.
Payments
Payments are processed securely via WooCommerce payment gateways such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not store full credit card numbers. Orders are not considered complete until payment is successfully processed. All prices are displayed in USD and are excluding taxes. Applicable taxes are calculated and added during checkout based on your shipping address. Payments include the total of the product(s), shipping, and applicable taxes.
Taxes
Taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address in accordance with local, state, and federal law. Tax amounts are displayed before you complete your order.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Shipping is fulfilled via USPS, UPS, or other approved carriers. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; Golden Heart Magnets is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect addresses.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be offered for customers in or near Brookings, Oregon. Local pickup availability and instructions will be provided at checkout or via email after your order is placed. Orders selected for local pickup must be picked up within the timeframe communicated. Customers are responsible for coordinating pickup and arriving during the agreed-upon pickup window. Orders not picked up within a reasonable time may require rescheduling or may be canceled at our discretion. If a local pickup discount or waived shipping is offered, it applies only when local pickup is selected at checkout.
Shop Breaks, Vacation Notices & Fulfillment Timing
From time to time, Golden Heart Magnets may pause order fulfillment due to holidays, vacations, or other scheduled breaks. When applicable, a banner notice or announcement will beg displayed on our website indicating when the shop is on break and when fulfillment will resume. Orders placed during a shop break are welcome, but production and shipping will begin once fulfillment resumes. Fulfillment timelines restart on the return date stated in the website notice. By placing an order while a shop break notice is active, you acknowledge and agree to the adjusted fulfillment timeframe. We always do our best to communicate breaks clearly and resume fulfillment as quickly as possible.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges may be considered in cases where:
- The product is defective or damaged during production or shipping.
- The incorrect product was shipped.
To request an exchange, contact us at orders@goldenheartmagnets.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Any approved exchanges will be handled at our discretion, and shipping costs may apply.
Social Media & Marketing Permissions
Customers may provide consent for photos or videos of their magnet or the magnet-making process to be shared on social media. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at contact@goldenheartmagnets.com. Without explicit consent, no customer photos or videos will be shared publicly.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and designs, is owned by Golden Heart Magnets or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content from this site without our explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
Golden Heart Magnets is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

While we do not offer refunds on custom products, we comply with Oregon consumer protection laws for defective or incorrectly fulfilled items. Any approved exchanges will be handled at our discretion.
